Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

• Night Shift: Sunday 6:00 pm start, Monday‑Thursday 5:00 pm start until completion of work
• Mid Shift: Monday‑Thursday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm or until completion;
  Friday 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm or until completion
• Starting pay rate up to $18.90/hour, increasing to $19.97/hour in 12 months. Material Handlers eligible for a company incentive plan can earn more—top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour.

• Some positions require work in a refrigerated environment (37 – 42 °F) a minimum of 80% of the shift. Primary work includes picking in this environment but will also include double checking and packing in a non‑refrigerated environment if required. Expectation to train and work within multiple areas of the warehouse, including the Biobox (the Biobox is a cold environment with the highest temp reaching 42°F).
  
  Employees who work in the Biobox earn an additional $1.50/hour biobox premium.

• Entry level experience
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
• Ability to lift 20‑50 lb repetitively throughout the shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our warehouse associates plan.
