Lead​/Coordinator

Premium Guard Inc is excited to announce that we’re hiring a Distribution Inventory Control Team Leader for our Memphis, Tennessee distribution center. The Inventory Team Leader will report to the Inventory Supervisor and lead a team of hourly associates.

• Executes cycle counting parameters such as count frequency vs. ABC classification.
• Support all audit and quality functions for Inbound and Outbound operations.
• Experience in establishing, measuring and reporting relevant inventory accuracy KPIs.
• Effective communication and collaboration with Supply Chain, Accounting and Management teams.
• Effective in inventory discrepancy root cause analysis for quality related errors such as stocking, replenishment and customer discrepancies.
• Maintain, correct, and develop bin sizing to reflect item velocity, replenishment requirements and assign pick bins to new items.
• Establish Min/Max stock levels for primary bins.
• Work closely with Receiving to ensure accurate inventory receipt and storage.
• Ability to effectively lead and mentor the Inventory Control team members.
• Research and reconcile customer discrepancies, which will involve inventory counts.
• Maintain customer discrepancy database.
• Track assigned CARs for timely completion.
• Develop or update work instructions as required.
• Other projects as assigned.
