Warehouse Associate​/Bilingual

The Warehouse Associate processes incoming shipments, organizes inventory, and fulfills customer orders accurately. You will handle material handling equipment, maintain safety standards, and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

• Receiving and Unloading:
  Receive inbound shipments, unload freight trucks, check items against packing slips, and report damaged goods.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Inventory Control:
  Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and organize inventory into designated rack or shelf locations.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (where certified).
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  Follow all OSHA safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep aisles and work areas clean.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and stand or walk for extended shifts.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse tracking software.
• Experience:
  
  Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is preferred, though entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
• Certifications:
  
  Forklift certification is a plus or must be willing to learn.

• Fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust.
• May require occasional overtime, weekend work, or shift flexibility.
