Weekend Evening Shift, Friday-Sunday, 5:00 PM-5:00 AM

Support a world-famous brand for athletic clothing and shoes during the busy holiday season

• Coach, support, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve daily production goals
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing training and feedback
• Reinforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Track attendance and communicate staffing needs with site leadership
• Partner with management to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
• Support a leading athletic apparel and footwear brand during the busy holiday season
• Help ensure customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment
• Assist with additional warehouse and leadership responsibilities as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience coaching, training, and supporting employees to meet productivity goals
• Ability to monitor performance, reinforce safety standards, and promote accountability
• Must be available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed during peak production periods

• Ability to walk throughout the facility and production areas during the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly move throughout the warehouse and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity during 12-hour shifts
