Guided by our pillars of Community, Compassion, and Excellence, we provide integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services focused on access, quality, and patient-centered care. Our dental teams play a vital role in ensuring patients understand their care options and financial responsibilities while maintaining trust and transparency throughout the care experience.

Position Overview

Healthy Connections is seeking a Dental Financial Care Coordinator to join the dental team at our Mena clinic. This role is essential to supporting patients as they navigate treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities related to dental care. In addition to core financial coordination duties, this position serves in a dual role by assisting with training and onboarding new Dental Patient Care Coordinators. Complete training is provided, and experience in dental or healthcare financial coordination is strongly preferred.

Opportunities for growth are available for individuals who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and strong performance.
