Salary: $15.00/HR Hours: Full time and Part time available Full Time:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Part Time:
Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $15.00/HR

• Meet with clients to prepare tax returns using company questionnaire and client-provided documents
• Review and input tax information accurately into tax preparation software
• Explain basic tax concepts and forms to clients in clear, simple language
• Maintain professionalism during client interviews and interactions
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and documents
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

• General knowledge of basic tax forms (e.g., W-4, 1040)
• Strong verbal communication skills for client interactions
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional demeanor during interviews and client meetings
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work on screens for most of the day
• Entry-level position; prior tax preparation experience not required
• Bonus qualification: prior experience filing own taxes
