Program Manager - Finance Transformation

Carex is partnering with a electrical solutions industry partner to hire a Program Manager - Finance Transformation who will support Business Technology and BTO leadership, managers, Business Partners, Finance leadership, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other project resources in achieving key business objectives. This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs with a particular focus on finance transformation, business process improvement, technology initiatives, and organizational change.

This is a contract-to-hire role, hybrid based in Menasha, WI.

• Partner with leadership to develop, execute, and continuously refine program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with business expectations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program progress, transformation effectiveness, and business outcomes.
• Provide clear and consistent program updates, progress reporting, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables and outcomes align with broader program strategies and business objectives.
• Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of finance processes as part of broader transformation initiatives.
• Identify and resolve business process and systems-related issues affecting finance operations.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure transformation initiatives support accurate financial reporting, effective controls, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams, department leaders, Finance stakeholders, and other partners to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and maintain alignment with long‑term program strategies.
• Develop and oversee change management plans and processes that support successful adoption of finance transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document business needs and processes, and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, dependencies, and resource plans to support effective delivery and deployment of personnel.
• Organize and coordinate program‑related meetings and events.
• Manage vendor relationships, including solicitations, procurement activities, contract renewals, and payment processing.
• Communicate technical and business requirements to solution providers and facilitate resolution of vendor, business, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with system technical teams, Finance stakeholders, and vendor partners throughout program execution.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Travel up to 25% as business needs require.
• Work within standard business hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime or work outside standard hours when necessary to meet business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or another relevant field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated project and program leadership experience managing large, cross‑disciplinary initiatives.
• Applied knowledge of formal project management and process improvement methodologies, such as PMI and Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead large‑scale initiatives involving multiple cross‑functional stakeholders and project team members.
• Experience supporting finance, accounting, or financial systems transformation initiatives, with working knowledge of core finance processes.
