We are looking for a Part-Time, Live-On-Site Property Manager for our Midway Gardens community in Menasha, WI. This position requires 16 hours/week and includes a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment plus utilities. Hours over 16 per week will be paid at $16 per hour. The ideal candidate must be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service.
Dutiesto Include:
- Leasing of apartment homes
- Preparing and processing leasing paperwork
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Resident relations
- Light grounds upkeep
Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, be a self-starter, possess basic computer skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates should be organized, have great attention to detail and possess problem solving skills.
Compensation:Hours over 16 will be paid at $16 per hour
