Job Description # Solution Architect - Manufacturing Technology
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
* Architect end-to-end systems integrating IoT, MES, ERP, and automation technologies
* Lead workshops and presentations to gain stakeholder alignment
* Drive smart manufacturing initiatives like predictive maintenance and digital twins
* Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, robotics, edge computing) for continuous improvement
* Oversee implementation and ensure alignment with industry standards
* Document technical specifications and provide training for successful adoption

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

* Experience:

** 7+ years in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, QMS (Accumatica preferred)
* Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, SCADA, MES, ERP)
* Proven success in manufacturing sectors like automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods
* Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware)
