• Bachelor’s degree (advanced designations like CPCU, ARM preferred)
• 6–8+ years of commercial underwriting experience with complex risks
• Exceptional analytical, consultative, and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
• Expert‑level understanding of commercial underwriting principles and risk management

• Advanced insurance designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM)
• Strong knowledge of agency operations and market dynamics
• Demonstrated success in handling complex risks and portfolios
• High proficiency in risk evaluation tools and techniques
• Leadership skills and competencies that enhance team performance
