• Oversee production personnel, equipment, and processes across multiple manufacturing and support departments.
• Plan and assign work, guide daily goal setting, organize training, and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company and government requirements, and support a safe work environment.
• Foster a strong plant culture based on the company values and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service levels through facilitative leadership.

• Ability to foster a safe work environment, take appropriate action on unsafe situations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse personalities and mentor, coach, and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills capable of guiding team members with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in interpreting contractual documents, performing complex mathematical calculations, and managing detailed tasks with accuracy.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with company policies such as Safety, GMP, SQF, and Continuous Improvement.
• Leadership experience in operational administration, including troubleshooting issues, preparing reports, and meeting key performance metrics.
