• Journeyman License required.

• Additional hourly compensation for E&I qualification, dual carded status, or an Associate’s Degree.

• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (COS) including weekends and some holidays.

Day

Shift: up to $42.20/hr (base $37.35/hr).
COS (Day): $39.35/hr, COS (Night): $40.05/hr with premium adjustments.
Potential to earn over $100k in first year working COS schedule with retention bonuses ($2,000 after 2 years, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 1 year).
Double time on Sundays.

• Uphold all ethical standards associated with safety, quality, and food safety policies and procedures.

• Comply with TC Menasha plant standards—Safety, GMP, SQF, CI, and other processes.

• Follow procedures for proper handling, labeling, storage, and use of products.

• Participate in associated committees or activities.

• Drive continuous improvement to achieve plant goals and targets.

• Take action on unsafe conditions.
