Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Menasha, WI. WI license preferred.

• Full time hours, Monday to Friday 6a-6p. The site needs only providers that work a full schedule.
• No Call.
• Practice Settings:
  Outpatient.
• Types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility:
  Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic.
• Required Specialty
  
  Skills:
  
  General Anesthesia, Adult, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues.
• Licensed in WI only.
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS.
• Must be Board Certified.
• EMR:
  Cerner.
• Credentialing: 14 days,
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
