As a Mobile Pet Groomer at Furry Land Green Bay-Appleton, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to making grooming a positive experience for pets and their families. With state-of-the-art grooming vans and a loyal client base, this role offers stability, flexibility, and exciting career opportunities.

• Drive a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter van equipped with advanced insulation for year-round comfort to appointments in the Green Bay-Appleton area.
• Perform professional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling based on breed standards and client preferences.
• Handle pets gently and safely throughout the grooming process, employing positive reinforcement techniques.
• Assess pet coat and skin conditions, noting concerns and communicating them to owners.
• Educate owners on proper grooming practices and recommend home-care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van, sanitizing tools and supplies.
• Manage appointments effectively to ensure timeliness and productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Genuine love for animals.
• Proven grooming experience, including knowledge of breed-specific grooming and coat care.
• Valid grooming license for the service area (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality grooming services.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
• Certification from a recognized grooming school is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs or manage large dogs temporarily.
