Schedule:

Part‑time, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm (days may vary; details provided upon interview).

Pay: $14.50–$15.00 per hour.

Operate Point of Sale system, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and maintain the cleanliness of the coffee and cashier stations.

• Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; also help prepare catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Cashier according to established procedures, maintain cash accuracy with receipts, and make deposits at end of shift.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded, and within acceptable ranges; notify cooks if temperatures are not within limits.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Set up items for purchase on a daily basis.
• Keep refrigerator stocked, using first‑in, first‑out rule.
• Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items daily; record replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit.
• Record refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
