Field Technician

BAYCOM is seeking a Field Technician in Fox Crossing, WI. You will help keep our customers’ mission‑critical technology running smoothly by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing radio communication systems, video surveillance equipment, and door access controls.

• Install and configure radio communication systems, video security cameras, and door access control systems.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.

• Strong interest in technology, electronics, or telecommunications.
• Ability to think critically and solve technical challenges.
• Professional communication and collaboration skills with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and grow a career in a hands‑on role.
