• Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work
• Passion for customer service and the ability to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Construction or trade experience preferred
• Consultative sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid non‑probationary driver’s license and safe driving record
