We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Service Technician who takes pride not only in quality and efficiency, but also delivering outstanding customer service. If you’re passionate about helping homeowners protect their biggest investment while creating a “WOW” experience at every appointment, you’ll fit right in. You’ll run pre-scheduled maintenance visits, complete system inspections, and recommend smart upgrades that improve performance and safety.

• Complete annual maintenance checks with precision and speed
• Work independently in customers’ homes using proven processes and tools
• Inspect, maintain, and upgrade waterproofing, foundation, and concrete systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service built on trust, professionalism, and genuine care
• Identify issues early and recommend effective solutions

• Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Passion for customer service and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer experience
• Construction or trade experience preferred
• Consultative sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid non-probationary driver’s license and safe driving record
