• Serve as first point of contact for individual tax clients
• Request, collect & track client tax documents
• Organize, scan & upload documents in CCH and internal systems
• Assign returns to tax team and monitor progress
• Prepare complete “prep packages” for tax preparers
• Follow up on missing information and support deadlines
• Assist with engagement letters, onboarding & client messaging

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years administrative or accounting support experience
• Experience in public accounting or tax environment preferred
• Strong organization, accuracy & communication skills
