• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within accounting operations
• Provide documentation and support for external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit requests
• Maintain compliance with internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for month‑end close, primarily related to inventory, payroll, allocations, and eliminations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and related reports
• Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing ERP system integrity and driving process improvements
• Prepare documentation to support periodic government reports and surveys
• Perform special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of related accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive process improvements and change
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with sound business judgement
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with accounting, spreadsheet, and word‑processing software
