What This Role Will DoAs a Director in Financial Valuation, you will lead a team of valuation professionals, oversee complex financial valuation engagements, and drive strategic initiatives. If you have deep expertise in business valuation, financial modeling, and transaction advisory, this is an ideal opportunity to take your career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the strategic direction of the financial valuation practice.
- Lead business valuations, fairness opinions, and solvency opinions.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Oversee valuation models, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.
- Lead business development efforts, supporting private equity and institutional clients.
- Testify as an expert witness in valuation assignments, as needed.
- Mentor and develop teams of associates and senior associates.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred. - Certifications:
CFA, CPA, ASA highly preferred. - Experience:
10+ years in financial valuation, investment banking, or corporate finance.- Expertise in financial modeling, business valuation methodologies, and capital markets analysis.
- Experience with valuation software and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage valuation practices.
- Strong client relationship and business development experience.
