WEOFFER:
- Compensation: $85,000 Annually fixed rate.
- Work Environment: Hybrid (Initially more in-office, transitioning to a steady schedule of two days remote and three days onsite in Mendota Heights, MN

As the Information Security Administrator
, you will play a critical role in protecting and managing our enterprise systems, with a focus on Workday and cybersecurity across the organization. You will ensure secure configurations, manage access controls and respond to threats, while collaborating with leadership, IT Teams and Business Stakeholders. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where your technical expertise, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking will directly influence the security posture of the organization.
- Serve as administrator for Workday Security, ensuring strong security configurations and identity access aligned with internal policies.
- Manage user access, authentication and permissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and secure configurations across all enterprise systems, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and secure configurations.
- Collaborate with application owners and system administrators, and to ensure secure platform configurations and continuous improvement of security practices.
- Administer and secure enterprise platforms, including Workday, Microsoft 365, Meraki, Azure/Entra, Trend Micro EDR/XDR, Microsoft Defender, Purview, SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPNs, firewalls, local domains, and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents proactively identifying threats and supporting mitigation efforts.
- Conduct and support risk assessments, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning. Maintain security standards, documentation and regulatory compliance, assisting internal and external audits.
- Assist in managing backup processes, disaster recovery planning, and information security controls. Continuously develop expertise in Workday and other enterprise platforms through training, certifications, and hands‑on experience to stay current on emerging technologies and updates.
MUST HAVE:
- Education: Minimum of a 2‑year associate’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
