Nexus Family Healing in Mendota Heights, MN, is seeking a hybrid-remote Youth & Family Skills Coach for the Youth ACT Program. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver home-, school-, and community-based skills coaching in youth ages 14-21.
The role offers 40 hours weekly, flexible Monday–Friday, travel across the Twin Cities metro, and a benefits package including PTO, health insurance, life and disability coverages, 401(k) match, and family therapy benefits.
