The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting raw and finished goods between Trafera facilities and customer locations, ensuring deliveries are on time and meet quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Responsible for transporting raw and finished goods between Trafera facilities and customer locations using a van, dock truck, or lift gate truck.
  • Ensure that cargo is safely and accurately loaded and unloaded and delivery protocols are followed at customers’ locations.
  • Manage and inspect cargo manifest to ensure accuracy of load.
  • Maintain safe driving practices, including adhering to traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Plan and follow efficient and optimal travel routes, often using GPS technology.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensure Trafera vehicle is clean, and report any mechanical issues or arrange for maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and driving hours as required.
Minimum Skills, Abilities, And Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in delivery driving and customer service.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and customers.
  • Self‑directed work style, able to work autonomously, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use hand trucks and other loading and unloading tools.
  • Must meet minimum age requirement of 21.
  • Must have an unexpired driver’s license and maintain appropriate licensing, credentials, and clean driving record.
  • Must currently have DOT certification or be able to pass DOT certification after hire and annually thereafter.
  • Requires travel to customer locations; driving may occur on interstates and other roadways.
Technology And Systems
  • Knowledge of GPS and other navigational tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as CSI.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
