** What You'll Do:
** Dispatch ready mix concrete in a timely manner. Provide effective customer service and dispatch support by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as fellow team members within the Customer Service and Dispatch departments.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Communicate with drivers and direct them to delivery locations.
* Work directly with surrounding areas to better service customers by utilizing multiple plants and look to share trucks.
* Ability to multitask and stay focused while dealing with various contractors, salespeople, dispatchers, and other personnel.
** Qualifications and Requirements:
*** Basic computer and data entry skills for entering orders.
* Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surround areas.
* Communicate in a positive and helpful manner with a variety of customers.
* Ability to read and understand maps.
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* Three to five years’ related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must be able to read, write and speak English.
* Must be able to perform basic math, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
* Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Ability to apply basic computer skills.

Pay: $24-26 per hour
