We are looking for a Marketing Manage
r to join our Global Marketing team on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave.
In this role, you will drive product-led marketing at 7 For All Mankind, bringing our key products to life through strong positioning, impactful launches, and the right visibility at the right moments.
From strategy and creative briefing through to execution, you will bring each campaign to life through a true 360° activation, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand story across digital and social, CRM, e-commerce, retail, wholesale, PR, and creators.
You will also work closely with the VP Global Marketing on one of our most important brand moments: the bi-annual Ready-to-Wear Fashion Show.
Main Duties- Support the VP Global Marketing in developing product strategy
, positioning, and go-to-market plans for key campaign launches. - Support the planning and execution of the bi-annual Ready-to-Wear Fashion Show
, working closely with the VP Global Marketing. - Brief and guide product-specific creative development across all relevant channels
, ensuring consistency with campaign objectives and brand direction. - In collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Brand Designer,
oversee the correct use of brand assets, ensuring the right content is delivered at the right time and across the right channels. - Partner with Merchandising, Sales, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce to align teams around key product priorities and launches.
- Drive go-to-market execution with global key accounts
, ensuring strong and consistent activation of major launches. - Analyze launch performance and ROI
, translating insights and learnings into opportunities to strengthen future campaigns. - Build and nurture strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee the global marketing budget
, including the management of monthly and quarterly accruals.
- 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience
, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, inspire, and connect with consumers.
- Previous experience with events or fashion shows is considered a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence in working with data, interpreting metrics, and managing figures using spreadsheets.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
, combined with an appreciation for great copy and engaging, witty communication. - Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, online channels, and performance measurement.
- Fluent English
, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus.
