ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Ramona and North San Diego.

About the RoleAs a RBT, you will work directly with clients in home and community settings
, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is a hands‑on, meaningful role where you’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Collect accurate data and document session notes
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and participate in ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers
- Passion for working with children and making a difference
- Reliable, consistent, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback
- RBT certification required
