Interim GL-Revenue Accounting Manager

Our client, a healthcare technology company, is seeking an Interim GL/Revenue Accounting Manager to lead critical accounting operations during a dynamic growth phase.

This role is onsite 2–3 times per week at their offices located in Menlo Park, CA. This engagement has an expected duration of 2–3 months with the potential of extension.

• Own month‑end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Manage global payroll and multi‑entity accounting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Perform variance and flux analysis on revenue streams, payroll expenses, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, HR, and Operations to improve processes and support business needs.
• Lead ERP system enhancements and UAT for Net Suite upgrades.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in GL or revenue accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Net Suite or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
