This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals with strong accounting, finance, audit, tax, fund accounting, or investment operations experience to work within a sophisticated investment environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, solving complex reconciliation challenges, improving processes, and partnering across finance, operations, and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities Perform accounting and reporting activities across a variety of investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.

Prepare financial reports and support annual financial statement preparation.

Assist with audits and other financial review processes.

Reconcile cash activity, monitor cash flows, and maintain accounting records.

Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including reconciliations and investment valuation reviews.

Analyze investment performance and prepare recurring management and client reporting.

Partner with internal analytics and reporting teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Normalize, validate, and reconcile large datasets for use within accounting and reporting platforms.

Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and data management workflows.

Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution.

Support ad hoc reporting, projects, and business initiatives as needed.
