Stress-Free Auto Care is looking to add talented automotive technicians to our growing team in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting where your skills are valued. We are expanding from 22 locations to 45+ locations through 2026, offering opportunities to grow with a company that supports career development.
Open Positions and PayBONUS:
- SMOG Inspection Cert - $3000
- A Tech - $24K (Paid over 12 months)
- B Tech - $18K (Paid over 12 months)
- C Tech/Tire Tech - $10K (Paid over 12 months)
Base Hourly Pay:
- A Level
: 7-10+ years of experience- $45-$70/hr + performance bonus
- B Level
: 2-7 years of experience- $35-$50/hr + performance bonus
- C Level
: 6 months-2 years of experience- $25-$32/hr + performance bonus
