We're seeking a program management-focused and detail-oriented Martech Issue Management professional to join our Biz Martech team. As a member of the Martech Issue Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the data collection and personalization workstream. Your responsibilities will include managing our project plan, conducting workstream stand‑ups, tracking initiative status, identifying blockers, risks, and delays, and supporting pillar owners in building bi‑weekly status reports for GMD and XFN leadership.
Keyresponsibilities
- Conduct Pillar Stand‑Ups:
Coordinate with sub‑pillar leads on regular stand‑ups to track initiatives and timelines; support the Pillar Lead in coordinating cross‑pillar status readouts. - GSD Management:
Maintain a healthy and accurate project plan within GSD across the pillar. - Stakeholder Communication:
Work with the Pillar Lead to share updates and statuses with leadership and relevant XFN teams. - Documentation:
Maintain an accurate and updated status readout for the pillar; document and maintain a RAID log; ensure initiatives within the sub‑pillar have consistent project documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and basic spreadsheet analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good understanding of project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira).
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience operating independently, being a self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
- Analytical, data‑driven, and critical‑thinking skills to solve complex problems.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals across the organization and in other geographies, and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to accomplish necessary tasks.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with an ownership mentality.
- Ability to adapt and optimize workflows based on new learnings.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms and tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud.
