Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Business Operations Lead (Go-To-Market)

The Business Operations Lead will sit within Shipday’s Go-To-Market team and help design, build, and scale Shipday’s GTM engine.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of how Shipday goes to market — defining the operating model, metrics, processes, and experimentation framework that power Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You’ll work across teams to turn early GTM motion into a repeatable, scalable system.

This is a hands‑on operator role for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into structure and structure into growth. You’ll work directly with the founder and senior leadership to shape how Shipday scales revenue over the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and operate Shipday’s GTM operating cadence, including metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and reviews
  • Identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel and drive solutions end‑to‑end
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve execution and efficiency
  • Implement and optimize Rev Ops tools as needed to improve GTM efficiency and execution
  • Present GTM insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to leadership
  • Build scalable processes that turn early traction into repeatable growth
  • Own outcomes — from problem definition to execution to measurable results
Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • 3+ year of experience in top‑tier consulting and/or Biz Ops / Rev Ops at a growth‑stage or later‑stage startup
  • Strong analytical and systems‑thinking skills
  • Strong technical skills to synthesize and analyze data across multiple sources, including CRM and internal systems
  • Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders without formal authority
  • Bias toward action and accountability over analysis alone
Compensation
  • Annual Cash compensation ($150K - $175K)
  • Meaningful equity grants
  • Full benefits package
