* Develop and drive long-range workplace and space planning strategies for highly complex, cross-regional business portfolios, aligning physical environment decisions with organizational growth and workforce planning signals
* Serve as the primary strategic interface between Global Workplace Services and senior business leaders, translating business objectives into workplace requirements and portfolio recommendations
* Lead the development of novel frameworks for space utilization analysis, occupancy planning, and scenario modeling to inform real estate and facilities decisions at a global scale
* Identify and resolve ambiguous, cross-functional workplace challenges by synthesizing data from space utilization systems, headcount forecasts, and business unit roadmaps
* Influence capital investment decisions and workplace program prioritization by building compelling, data-driven business cases for senior and executive stakeholders
* Establish and evolve processes that enable cross-functional teams to rapidly assess and respond to changes in business conditions, workforce distribution, or portfolio constraints
