We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity for a strong project leader who can manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams while maintaining a high standard for quality and execution.

The ideal candidate is organized, financially savvy, client-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of complex construction projects.

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Proven experience managing project budgets and financials
• Experience with subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations
• Strong change order and cost-control experience
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with construction project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices
