Location:
Menlo Park, CA
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits
- Providing care in‑office, at testing centers, and via tele‑health visits
- Continuously learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities
- Collaborating daily with in‑office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing your clinical training to perform in‑office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Completed or in‑progress accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
- At least 2 years of recent outpatient primary‑care practice (any age)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board‑eligible with plan to obtain certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
- Passion for human‑centered primary care
- Effective communication with individuals of all backgrounds
- Proficiency in technology to deliver high‑quality care
- Evidence‑based clinical proficiency
- Team‑dedication to changing healthcare delivery
- Openness to feedback and reflection
- Confidence navigating uncertain situations
- Adaptability to meet patient needs
Base salary range: $288,000 – $300,000 (full‑time). Additional pay may be awarded for exceeding qualifications. Relocation assistance may be available.
