Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine — private medicine — by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team. Based in California, New York, and Florida, our physician-led teams work with a Gynecologist, Naturopathic Medicine Doctor, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world to provide relationship-focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members/patients and their families.

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients
• Manage chronic and acute illness and injuries
• Provide well checks and house calls
• Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care
• Track and review normal physical development as well as psychological well-being
• Establish an outstanding relationship with and lead a team comprised of a Registered Nurse and a Patient Care Administrator
• Create personalized reports for patients to help them and the team navigate their health goals and care

• Education level:
  Graduate of a four-year accredited medical school
• Medical Training:
  Complete residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed M.D.
• Preference:
  Experience in longitudinal primary care and training or work in an academic medical center
• Specific skills:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Advanced computer literacy, primarily with iOS
  • Experience with EHR-based medical record keeping
  • Ability to work effectively with and through teams

• Proven track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service
• Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
• Excellent multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure
• High emotional intelligence and ability to create and maintain relationships
• Intellectual humility and compassionate communication
• Licensed MD in the state of California
• Current BLS certification
