We are seeking a passionate Robotics Instructor to lead engaging afterschool STEM programs for elementary and middle school students. This role combines technology, engineering, creativity, and problem-solving to help students explore robotics in a fun and meaningful way.
Whether students are building their first robot or tackling advanced design challenges, you'll help create an environment where curiosity thrives and learning feels like an adventure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate robotics lessons
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences for students across multiple grade levels
- Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity
- Support students through the design, build, test, and improvement process
- Adapt instruction to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles
- Maintain classroom organization and equipment inventory
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- $55–$65 per session, depending on experience and assignment

College
Qualifications
- Experience with robotics platforms, engineering projects, or coding instruction
- Background in STEM, education, computer science, engineering, or related fields
- Experience teaching enrichment classes, camps, clubs, or youth programs
- Passion for inspiring students through technology and innovation
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
- Strong communication and classroom management abilities
- Ability to lead hands-on group activities with confidence
- Reliable, organized, and professional demeanor
