It involves problem solving and root cause analysis skills, not necessarily CAPA oriented. Experience in regulated environments such as medical or aerospace is required. This is a technical, hands-on role demanding a strong technical and engineering background.

The responsibilities include driving quality improvements and corrective actions for sourced components, supporting supplier selection, developing acceptance criteria, monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance with policies, assessing new suppliers, developing inspection procedures, sourcing inspection tools, assisting in component specifications, generating and reviewing test protocols, analyzing incoming defects, investigating field failures, and providing guidance to less experienced staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required. The role supports manufacturing and product development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
