This Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional and multi-site teams on delivering ASICs to enable Meta's Infrastructure Engineering organization, whose responsibilities include the growth, management and 24x7 upkeep of Meta's family of apps. and will report to the TPM Director.

---## Technical Program Manager, ASIC Responsibilities
* Manage cross-functional infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas in Silicon Engineering
* Drive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, internal software and hardware teams, from concept to production
* Deliver ASIC solutions and high quality system products
* Engage with Product Management in collaboration with Engineering owners to define product roadmaps
* Provide hands-on program management during all phases of silicon and firmware development from concept, design, development, fabrication, validation, qualification and production release phases
* Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
* Work with the software, hardware, architecture teams to understand the requirements and constraints
* Drive assigned work streams end-to-end, proactively identifying and resolving blockers##

Minimum Qualifications
* BS degree in Computer Science, Computer / Electrical Engineering, or relevant field
* 12+ years of experience in ASIC development
