This is a founding recruiting role with massive upside as we look to 3× the team over the next year.
What You’ll Do:- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for all North American roles
—including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Support, Operations, and Corporate functions—ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. - Act as the primary hiring partner for North America, working directly with executive leadership and functional heads to plan, prioritize, and execute hiring initiatives.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across commercial, technical, customer-facing, and operational roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, targeted campaigns, and community engagement.
- Screen, assess, and present high-quality candidates with clear, structured evaluations of skill set, culture add, and long-term potential.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable recruiting processes—including interview loops, scorecards, hiring playbooks, and candidate communications.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel health, pipeline quality) to support data‑driven hiring decisions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Hakimo across North America, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology startup environment.
- Proven success hiring across a wide range of functions, including revenue, technical, customer‑facing, and corporate roles.
- Strong outbound sourcing skills and experience competing for top talent in fast‑moving markets.
- Ability to partner closely with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through clear communication and data.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.
- Experience supporting rapid team growth, ideally in a Series A or B company.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
