- Own the Engineering and Product Management Bootcamps and support all Engineering training initiatives, including manager onboarding and area‑specific upskilling such as AI use.
- Act as the bridge between new hires, Engineering leadership, and subject matter experts.
- Drive the schedule, curate content, moderate sessions, collaborate with instructors, and build the community.
- Identify opportunities to improve and amplify the impact of Snowflake training.
- Lead programs outside of training such as customer feedback and engineering productivity.
- 5+ years of demonstrated industry experience leading medium to large programs in the software industry.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non‑technical groups.
- Strong program management skills with technical and business acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment without being slowed by ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, consultation, and organizational skills.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., familiarity with SQL, Python, Data).
Estimated base salary range: $160,000 – $230,000. The role is also eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
