EIS NOC: Shift Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and network operations sector, is seeking a EIS NOC:
Shift Lead to join their team. As a EIS NOC:
Shift Lead, you will be part of the Network Operations Center supporting a dedicated team of engineers and technicians. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EIS NOC:
Shift Lead

Location: Menlo Park, California/Seattle, WA

• Act as the escalation point and operational supervisor for a team of Network Operations Engineers during assigned shifts.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA and coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective resolution.
• Oversee ticket triage, assignment, and closure, maintaining operational discipline across the NOC.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
• Maintain shift-level reporting and incident summaries to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in NOC or network engineering roles.
• Proven leadership skills in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and WiFi technologies.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.
