Requirements- 3+ years in AI ethics, fairness, or responsible AI
- Experience with bias measurement and mitigation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Understanding of ML systems and their societal impact
- Experience with content moderation AI
- Background in social science or philosophy
- Published work in FAccT, AIES, or related venues
- Experience with participatory design methods
