Analytics Program Management drives data initiatives to successful delivery. Using clear communication and cross-functional collaboration, Analytics Program Management understands Meta’s data landscape and builds connections across disparate team members including engineering, data science, and business XFNs to deliver key measurement and insights globally. We drive efficiency, instill process, cultivate relationships, increase knowledge sharing, and facilitate meaningful external collaborations and partnerships. In this role, you will execute project-specific and org-wide programs as well as build & utilize processes to build capacity and efficiently support growing data needs.

The ideal candidate will understand the role of data in product. The person in this role must have excellent execution and follow through skills, the ability to prioritize competing work streams based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs, and be highly detail-oriented and self-driven. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, extremely comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, connects resources and overcomes barriers. This person will also work with external professional services, data tool vendors, central product teams, and various apps within Meta, and is responsible for providing program updates at multiple levels including to executive management.
