COMPENSATION: $70 - $80 HOURLY Role Overview This organization is seeking a professional Program Manager III to facilitate the development, execution, and delivery of a strategic executive-facing leadership dashboard. The dashboard serves as the single source of truth for decision-making and has recently migrated platforms with enhanced access controls and data integrations. The successful candidate will coordinate across existing team members and stakeholders to ensure committed milestones are met across product, engineering, data science, and data engineering work streams.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate development execution and delivery of the leadership dashboard roadmap, ensuring milestones are met across cross-functional work streams.
* Lead daily stand-ups to track progress, surface blockers, and ensure team alignment on priorities.
* Manage the product backlog, including open bugs, feature requests, and enhancement items, to ensure consistent progress and prioritization.
* Coordinate weekly status updates to leadership, ensuring dashboard commentary is accurate, timely, and reflects the latest data and business context.
* Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, data science, data engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, data quality, and delivery timelines.
* Own the change control process, ensuring all dashboard content changes receive appropriate sign-off from business leads.
* Track and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalations that could impact delivery or data accuracy.
* Maintain the communications cadence, including stakeholder roadshows, feedback loops, and coordination with business area owners.
* Support data governance processes by coordinating with data owners to ensure data maturity improvements across business areas.

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
*
* Experience:

** Demonstrated experience managing data platform or business intelligence and analytics dashboard programs is required.
** Technical

Skills:

** Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups, is required. Strong stakeholder communication skills, particularly with executive leadership, are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts, including Presto, Hive, dashboards, and data pipelines.
* A proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and data science.
* Experience with issue and bug tracking, release coordination, and excellent written communication for drafting commentary, change logs, and status updates.
