Our client, a major international firm, seeks a senior level associate for its IP Copyright Team located in New York, Washington DC, San Francisco, Menlo Park, and Los Angeles. This is a transactional position. Salary range: $390k‑$435k.
Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, with a preference for copyright transactions.
- Experience in IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment deals.
- Familiarity with music, entertainment, and/or content industries is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Outstanding contract negotiation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
