This individual contributor role sits on the Executive Development team, which delivers best-in-class development to Meta's senior most leaders as they forge the future at a transformational moment in the company's history. You will focus on the strategy, planning, and operational systems of Executive Development and its learning experiences, ensuring the work we do addresses real needs, is targeted, and makes a real difference to our leaders and the business.

---## Program Manager, Executive Development Responsibilities
* Own the portfolio and prioritization system. Design and run the system and recurring reviews that keep all Executive Development work visible, scoped, and prioritized — including which design ideas are queued, committed, or parked, so the agenda is deliberate rather than reactive.
* Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, Executive Development. Bring evidence, options, and a recommendation, and guide annual and quarterly planning.
* Protect team and senior leader capacity. Sequence high-value design and delivery work, make over commitment visible before it affects delivery, flag when timelines are at risk of collapsing, and escalate with ranked options rather than problems.
* Own everything that happens before a cohort starts: curation and selection, the invitation list and cohort timing, the design cycle and its decision gates, and the faculty partnership — setting the experience standard the program is held to.
