Position SummaryResponsible for performing moderately complex electro‑mechanical assembly tasks related to the manufacture of small antennas and related sub‑assemblies.
Base Pay Range$24.50/hr – $45.40/hr

- Shift: 9/80 schedule – employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off

- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly work utilizing blueprints and operation sheets.
- Use standard hand tools and various epoxies to perform operations.
- Work with microscopes for extended periods of time.
- Interface with quality assurance and test personnel to ensure sub‑assemblies are inspected and tested at specified checkpoints.
- Perform hand soldering, wiring, and assembling of small complex components.
- Perform rework and repairs as required.
- Perform limited, intermittent physical exertion under acceptable conditions (noise, dust, heat, or chemicals).
- Work flexible varied shifts, overtime, and weekends.
- Maintain good repetitive manual dexterity with both hands.
- Possess sufficient vision to see relative positions of small parts and discern symmetry and proper alignment.
- Be exposed to fumes, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, and moderate to loud noise levels.
- Be able to stoop, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods of time.
- Be able to push and reach for extended periods of time.
- Be able to lift 25 pounds close to the body repetitively (use material handling tools for heavier items).
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.
- May be required to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
- High school diploma and/or 5–7 years of related electro‑mechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to read operation sheets and moderately complex blueprints.
- Experience with soldering, knowledge of electronic components and color codes, and ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers and scales.
- Ability to pass IPC J‑STD‑001 (training will be provided if needed).
- U.S. citizenship required; U.S. citizenship also needed to obtain a future Security Clearance if required.

The salary range for this role is $51,000–$94,500, varying by experience and geographic location.
