We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead Customer Value Proposition strategy — a role focused on defining what makes our products distinct, communicating those differences with impact, and accelerating business growth.
This position blends strategic rigor with sharp storytelling, turning insights into strategy, strategy into propositions, and propositions into measurable growth.
Hybrid working out of Menlo Park office 2x/wk.
Responsibilities:- Define and own differentiated messaging and customer value propositions that make the brand a category leader.
- Shape the narrative so that meaningful differences fuel how we build, market, and win.
- Ensure our product propositions stand out clearly and credibly in a crowded market.
- Drive Strategy and Expansion
- Conduct market, TAM, and customer analyses to identify new growth opportunities and define where to play next.
- Turn competitive separation into a strategy, not a slogan.
- Translate strategic insights into product direction and messaging that sharpen our market position.
- Advise leadership with data-backed insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Build deep fluency in the category landscape — from market share shifts to customer switching behaviors.
- Lead Breakthrough Go-To-Market Initiatives
- Architect launch strategies that drive adoption, advocacy, and growth — not just announcements.
- Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to bring the differentiated story to life through bold, insight-driven campaigns.
- Build measurement frameworks that connect messaging to impact, adoption, and market leadership.
- A strategic thinker who reimagines categories, not just launches products.
- A challenger mindset that seeks clarity on why us, why different, and never settles for “good enough.”
