Founded in 1873, Menlo Church has a rich history of serving the spiritual needs of our community and is a vibrant spiritual and social center in Menlo Park. Our journey has led us to expand across the Bay Area, with campuses in San Mateo, Mountain View, San Jose, and Saratoga.
Menlo’s mission is to bring hope to everyone by living out our identity in Christ every day. As we navigate the unique challenges of today’s culture, we are committed to being an endearing gospel presence in a region where many are skeptical. With a talented & dedicated staff, we envision a Bay Area that awakens to the freedom found in Christ, through meaningful and practical support.
Join us as we strive to equip our community to bring the gospel into every aspect of life. Together, we can make a lasting impact in the Bay Area and beyond.
Position SummaryThe Next Gen Coordinator will support an integrated ministry that partners with parents and the broader church family to successfully launch children into a lifetime of faith in Jesus Christ. Being a part of a multisite church, the Next Gen Coordinator will need to have a strong collaborative nature and be able to work in a matrix organization. You’ll work closely with our campus team and report directly to the Associate Families Pastor.

The Next Gen Coordinator equips us for rapid growth and enables us to more fully invest in supporting volunteers, serving current families, and reaching our neighbors. The Next Gen Coordinator will prepare materials and physically set up the classrooms each week. You’ll schedule volunteers, answer questions, and provide support to parents, families, volunteers, and lay-leaders. Our volunteers, children, and families come from a variety of backgrounds, so it is important that our Next Gen Coordinator feels comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
We are looking for a Next Gen Coordinator who is proactive and can help us keep the ministry organized and on track. The Next Gen Coordinator will need to be organized, relational, and handle change and unexpected surprises with grace.
